My husband and I were very excited to purchase our first home in May 2009. And thanks to Ingrid it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience.

As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and understandable anxiety about the process and the decision to buy a home. Ingrid was there for us every step of the way, making the process move quickly and seamlessly; and she didn’t let us forget how fun and exciting it was either.

Ingrid made herself available to us to answer our many questions, review the process, give us support and encouragement with patience, kindness and sincerity. She was very accommodating, working around our schedules throughout the process. Ingrid worked hard to get us the best interest rate and loan possible and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Ingrid also worked wonderfully with the other professionals involved, including our real estate agent and escrow company. Buying a bank owned property, there were many extra hurdles and hoops to jump through but Ingrid didn’t miss a beat and she didn’t let that effect us. She was the one person getting everyone else to get their part done. While the bank was dragging their feet putting everything behind schedule and we were already on a very tight timeline, Ingrid was the one that got things to move on schedule so we could close on time and move into our new home.

Ingrid wasn’t just our loan consultant but a friend. Ingrid is truly an expert in her field and beyond valuable. We would recommend Ingrid to anyone and everyone considering buying or refinancing their home. And it doesn’t matter where you live. We did the entire process with Ingrid at opposite ends of the state (Orange County to Auburn, CA).
