I try to be careful about letting too much information get out... about myself... my family... since I have seen first hand the difficulty of getting the genie back into the box... once identity theft has been accomplished.  That is why I am sharing this tid bit of information with you my avid readers...

There's a site called spokeo.com that's a new online USA phone book w/personal information: everything from pics you've posted on FB, your home address, credit score, home value, income, age, etc.

REMOVE yourself by:

•  searching your name,
•  copy the URL of your page,
•  go to the bottom right corner of the page
• click on the Privacy button to remove yourself.

You'll need to include an accurate e-mail address. 

• You may need to check your spam filter.
• Follow the instructions on the e-mail and you will be removed.

I urge you to take just a few minutes to follow these instructions and keep your information private.  -Better safe than sorry!
