In 1976 an interest in the real estate industry was kindled.  My sales experience started with resale homes and graduated to new home sales.  Builder production thus entered my blood.  Being part of building communities with happy home buyers became my passion. 

After ten years, my focus changed to the financing piece of the transaction.  In this way I could continue the relationships started with that initial home purchase.  Being an advocate for would be home buyers, navigating through "programs" to fulfill dreams of home ownership or finding ways to provide funds to pay off bills, fund schooling or the backyard pool is part of the satisfaction that comes from my business life.   As Branch Manager I still have the opportunity, however, I also provide assistance and training to a like minded team of professionals.

In my position as Builder Sales Manager, I provide leadership and opportunities for loan consultants seeking to service home builders and their customers.  We are focused on being your builder's preference and your choice, taking the stress out of financing, creating excitement and fun along the way.
